    Hair is one of the most important parts of the human body. Though we take care of other parts of the body, we forget to take care of them. Just as other parts of the human body need nutrition to improve their health, you need to pay attention to the post when it comes to hair care.

    Vitamin A:

    Vitamin A plays the most important role in the growth of all the cells in the human body. The deficiency of Vitamin A has been identified as the cause of hair loss. It produces an oily substance called sebum which provides moisture and helps keep hair healthy. Carrots, spinach, pumpkin, and kale are great sources of vitamin A.

    Vitamin B:

    Researchers also suggest a deficiency of vitamin B called biotin for hair loss. Studies have shown that B-vitamins help prevents hair loss in people who suffer from severe hair loss problems.

    You can get vitamin B in different types of food, the most notable of which are cucumbers, nuts, sea fish, vegetables, etc.

    Vitamin C:

    Undoubtedly Vitamin-C is an essential element for our body. It makes a protein called collagen which has several health benefits. This ingredient is quite effective in maintaining the health of the hair. It also provides free radicals that help reduce stress. You can get the required amount of vitamin C in different types of fruits, peppers, and vegetables.

    Zinc:

    Zinc plays an important role in protecting hair growth and the proper functioning of the surrounding oil glands. Some studies have shown that zinc deficiency can cause hair loss or other hair loss. So it is very important to include zinc-rich foods in our daily diet. Pumpkin seeds, beef, wheat spinach, etc. are great sources of zinc.

    Iron:

    Iron is effective not only for hair but also for physical activity. It is incomparable in providing oxygen to cells. When iron deficiency occurs it is called anemia. Anemia is a major cause of hair loss. It is more common in women. Red meat, eggs, spinach, and lentils contain essential iron which is able to meet the needs of your body.
