    We all know that cancer and arthritis are both terrible diseases. But you would be surprised to know that we have some traditional foods that cause these two diseases. You might be wondering how our traditional foods can cause these diseases? However, these diseases are linked to our diet.

    Arthritis is certainly a condition that causes chronic inflammation in the joints. Multiple studies have shown that people with rheumatoid arthritis are twice as likely to have lymphoma than other people. Researchers believe that the balance of bacteria in the gut, which is directly affected by the diet and is a major cause of nausea. Chronic inflammation and low activity levels associated with lamps then weaken the immune system and can lead to the development of cancer.

    Since our regular diet is a leading cause of these diseases, we have to exclude certain foods from our diet that are responsible for these diseases. Saturated fat causes inflammation, while preservative nitrates and nitrites are directly linked to cancer. Cooking these meats at high temperatures creates some byproducts that are responsible for causing swollen and painful joints. Also, some studies have shown that eating regular charred meat may increase the risk of pancreatic cancer.

    Refined carbs do not contain any calories because it is too much processed, causing it to lose its health value. Foods such as flour tortillas, white bread, and baked goods provide a shot of refined carbs in your system, while at the same time increasing your blood sugar and inflammation. If the amount of sugar in the blood increases, the levels of inflammatory cytokines in the bloodstream will increase as a result of the increase in urine pain.

    Since sugar is the main fuel for cancer and blood sugar from refined grains is supplied to the body, we can easily increase the risk of cancer. This is why you should avoid eating it.

    Hydrogenated oils contain a large dose of omega-6 fatty acids, which increases the risk of cancer and arthritis. We need less omega-6s than omega-3s to achieve this balance, but in most cases, we get more omega-6. Usually, all types of processed foods contain hydrogenated oil, notably crackers, cookies, loaves of bread, and cakes. We should avoid these foods as much as possible.

    Salt is a very essential ingredient for maintaining the balance of taste of the food originally that is used in cooking. It works in partnership with potassium to control blood pressure and kidney function. However, it should be consumed in moderate quantities, otherwise, symptoms such as nausea and vomiting may increase the risk of cancer. We have a lot of salt in our Western diet because it is packed with processed foods at extremely high levels.

    Since it is an odor enhancer, food manufacturers use it to make their food better in front of us. They even use it extensively in misty dishes. It is responsible for increasing blood pressure and increasing the risk of stomach cancer. So we must eat it in moderation.

    Various studies have shown that sugar is harmful to our health. Although we naturally yearn for it as ready energy, the way it is poured into our diet is really deadly. Excessive sugar intake is likely to result in advanced glycation end products (AGEs). This occurs when sugar interacts with proteins or fats in the body, and AGEs are involved in both arthritis and cancer. It also accelerates diabetes and heart disease. For all these reasons we should reduce sugar intake.

    Lastly, the foods we talk about are dairy products. Most dairy products are responsible for nausea and cancer. Milk foods contain a certain type of protein that can irritate your joints. Although dairy products increase the risk of cancer, on they other hand, it also plays an effective role in reducing colorectal cancer so you cannot skip these foods altogether. These foods also provide some other health benefits. So we need to eat these foods in moderation, without skipping them.

    If you want to enjoy a healthy body, then you need to be aware of your daily diet. Since the key to a healthy life is to eat well, you need to increase the number of good foods in your diet. However, there are some foods that help increase the risk of certain diseases, such as cancer and arthritis. Therefore, foods that play an important role in increasing the risk of these two diseases should be eliminated very quickly or should be eaten in moderation.
