    Sun Salutations

    1. Stand on your toes and inhale as you lift your arms over your head.
    2. Exhale when you bend forwards.
    3. Now turn yourself into a plank pose.
    4. Hold yourself in this posture for five breaths.
    5. Lower your body down while dropping your knees on the ground.
    6. Now lie down on the mat and put your hands under your shoulder.
    7. Inhale in a cobra pose.
    8. Now push yourself into the downward-facing dog while exhaling breath.
    9. Keep holding the posture for five breaths.
    10. Now stand in a forward bend.
    11. Inhale to lift your arms, then exhale to lower your arms.

    Boat pose

    1. Put your legs together and sit on the mat; broaden yourself forward.
    2. Lift your feet from the floor by bending your knees.
    3. To make your hand parallel to the floor, expand it in front of you.
    4. Keep your leg straight while your knee is lifted.
    5. Keep holding the posture for thirty seconds and repeat the process five times.

    Plank Pose

    1. Use a tabletop position and lift your heels.
    2. Straight your body and make sure that your body is entirely by looking at the mirror.
    3. Now confront your arm and leg muscles and hold yourself for at least forty seconds to one minute.
